I finished the first playtrough in about 6 hours.... , i tried to get some secrets but i got most of them in the next playtrough ( you cannot access all of them in the first anyway .. )
Took about 11 hours and half to complete the first run, looking for secrets (need at least a second playthrough to get them all) and replaying some levels along the way.
DmC: Devil may Cry
- about 6-8 hours for first playthrough
- about 33 hours to complete all difficulties
- about 35 hours to find 90% of the secrets
- about 40 hours to complete all missions on S-Rank (at least)
Vergil's Downfall (DLC):
- about 2-3 hours for first playthrough
- about 10-12 hours for all difficulties (plus missions on S-Rank (at least))
(you should find most secrets while playing all the difficulties)

I finished it in 11 hours while also looking for secret doors, but I have collected far from all the secrets
