Took about 3 hours as an intermediate Half Life player.
It took me 8 hours on the first play through to get the 'The One Free Bullet' achievement.
I wanted to just do a single run and get all Steam achievements in one go, including The One Free Bullet (complete the game firing just one bullet, I only used the gravity gun and rocket launcher as weapons), and it took exactly 5 hours. Definitely could have beaten it in 3 or less if I used guns and wasn't running around lighting zombies on fire with flares.
For someone extremely experienced at the game, and yet not using any sort of speedrunning tricks (because I'm terrible at that) I managed to complete the game (excluding beginning and end cutscenes and credits) in 1 hour, 21 minutes, 26 seconds. Including the cutscenes would've added around 7 minutes max.
